Cypher Studios is an exclusive online shop dedicated to creating fan-made merch for BTS. Like all of you, we wanted to express such pure, genuine love in ways more than one; and share it with the best fans in the world!
If you are too overwhelmed by this kind of love and feel like no one else feels the same way you do, CYPHER STUDIOS is the safe space and happy place for you. Only a few people will understand, but as long as we share this love together - all is well.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Make sure to read the full details about the item before placing your order. Price indicated in the post does not include the shipping fee.
2. Order form is linked in our bio. Kindly double check your contact information and other details before submitting.
3. Do not forget to upload your proof of payment (total price + SF) on your order form before hitting the submit button.
4. STRICTLY no cancellation of orders.
5. For items of limited stocks: If in case your merch is already unavailable by the time you've submitted your order form, we will let you know and refund your payment immediately.
6. The Google Form Response email serves as confirmation that we've received your order.
7. You can track the status of your order in our masterlist. Link can be found in your receipt and in our bio.
8. We make sure that your items are secured for delivery. In case of damaged/defected items, Cypher Studios will not be liable after shipment.
9. For pre-orders, please expect delivery two-three weeks after last day of pre-order. Please be patient.
